Six more weeks

Now that the Usability Initiative software has been rolled out to all the #Wikimedia Foundation's projects it is close to that time when it makes sense to reassess the most often used messages.

The most often used messages are selected because they truly are seen most often by our users. This makes it a reasonable requirement for them to be localised before a new language gets its first project. It has been more then a year and half since this list was last updated and with the introduction of the Usability Initiative software we expect that the composition of the messages will change significantly.

The messages at translatewiki.net will remain the same for some five, six more weeks. The language committee is happy to assess if all the requirements are met in that time. Once the messages have changed, it will be the new list that is used to assess if the requirements are met.
Thanks,
